Summerlin Centre

The Summerlin Centre is one of the largest venues available to hire in Woburn Sands. Conveniently located near the railway station, it offers dedicated parking for up to 25 vehicles. The main function hall can accommodate up to 110 people and includes a fully fitted kitchen. The venue is licensed, with the option to hire a fully staffed bar for an additional fee. It comes equipped with long tables suitable for buffets or displays, while round tables seating 6–8 people are also available for a flat hire fee of £20, regardless of quantity.

Guests also have access to an enclosed rear garden measuring approximately 18m x 9m. The hall features a PA system with connectivity for mobile devices, as well as a projector and screen for meetings or presentations—please request these in advance of your booking. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.

Bouncy castles are permitted either in the garden or inside the hall, although indoor use is subject to a ceiling height of 9ft. The centre is wheelchair accessible, ensuring ease of access for all guests.

Hire charges vary depending on your requirements. Standard rates are £18 per hour on weekdays and £23 per hour on weekends. Children’s parties can be booked during the day for £110, which includes up to four hours of hire. Separate pricing applies for evening social events and commercial bookings, with full details provided upon enquiry.
