The Summerlin Centre is one of the largest of the halls to hire in Woburn Sands, located close to the railway station with dedicated car parking for 25 cars. Classes are held most weekdays which serve the local community well, for details on these see the "What's On In Our Halls" page. The function hall holds a maximum of 110 people. There is a fully fitted kitchen and the hall is licensed, with the option to book a fully staffed bar at additional cost. The hall is equipped with long tables for buffets or displays. There are round function tables that seat 6-8 available for an additional hire cost of £20, no matter how many you use. There is access to an enclosed back garden area approximately 18m x 9m. There is a PA system with functions to use music from your mobile devices, and a projector and screen are available for meetings and presentations. Please make sure you let us know that you would like to use any of this equipment prior to your booking. The hall has free Wi-Fi. Bouncy castles are allowed in the back garden or inside the hall, but please bear in mind the ceiling height is 9ft. There is parking for 25 vehicles directly outside the Centre. Access to the Centre is wheelchair-friendly. The cost of hiring the hall will depend on your requirements, but as a guide the standard hourly hire rate is £18.50 (£20 from 1st April) on weekends and £15.00 during the week (£16 from 1st April). The hall can be hired out for children's parties during the daytime at a cost of £80 for up to 4 hours of hire (£90 from 1st April). The cost to hire for other social events, parties or commercial bookings differ and you will be advised of the cost after making your enquiry.

The Summerlin Centre is suitable for baby groups, corporate events, exhibitions, music practice, music events, meetings, parties, weddings, sports and fitness, societies and clubs and training and workshops.
