The historic oak panelled Council Chamber is perfect for weddings and receptions. It is also used for meetings, conferences and concerts. Built in 1938, it was originally the magistrate’s court and is now used for Council meetings and civic events. This room can also be used in conjunction with the Committee “Balcony” Room for wedding receptions. *** Our Wedding Diary is currently closed until late Spring 2026 whilst renovation work is underway in our Concert Hall***.
