Riverhead Village Hall
Riverhead Village Hall was opened in 1999, replacing the earlier Memorial Hall erected by public subscription after the First World War. It provides a venue for many different local societies, activities and events including Kids Learn & Play Pre-School (Open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-3pm and Tuesday 9am-12pm). Both the main hall (12.5 metres by 6.5 metres) and small committee room are available for hire. The hall provides an airy and bright room for birthday parties, a variety of sport classes (yoga, dance, ballet, gymnastics) and workshops. The hall was fully repainted in August 2024. Facilities include: - Music and dancing licence. - Comfortable seating and tables for up to 80. - Kitchen with microwaves and serving hatch to the main hall. - Committee room for smaller meetings. - Full disabled access, including toilets. - Very reasonable rates. - One-off or regular bookings are accepted. No car park facilities.
The Riverhead Village Hall is suitable for baby groups, ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, music practice, music events, meetings, parties, weddings, sports and fitness, societies and clubs, theatre productions and training and workshops.

A very pleasant hall with good facilities. Always kept clean and well decorated, with a pristine wood floor. Good disabled access and toilet facilities. Nice kitchen.

Good venue for a children's party disco however there is no on site parking - although there is a public car park opposite which involves crossing a busy road to get to

Riverhead Village hall is used for events such as dance lessons. There are public toilets inside as well as a waiting chair. The floorboards in the hall are rather creaky and it is boilingbhot inside. There is an AED outside.

A Great local space. Home to the fantastic St. Mary's preschool during the week.
