Welcome to Kingsteignton Town Council's venue bookings page. We accept online bookings. If you would like to make a block booking please contact the administrator on 01626 364089 or [email protected] Bookings are provisional until confirmed by our administrator. Provisional bookings made after 3pm will not be seen until the following working day. Our venues are suitable for baby groups, ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, music practice, music events, meetings, parties, sports and fitness, societies and clubs, theatre productions and training and workshops. Venues are bookable by the hour. Before making a booking, please ensure that you have read our Terms and Conditions, TV Licensing Information and the Fire Evacuation Plan. These can be found on the venue pages. The Council is not responsible for the evacuation of the building in the event of fire. The Hirer must nominate a responsible person and ensure they have read the fire evacuation plan. The responsible person must remain sober and alert and will oversee the evacuation of the building in accordance with the Emergency plan (provided) and call the Fire Brigade informing of the full address. On safe evacuation of building please contact one of our maintenance officers who will arrange for the fire alarms to be reset once the all clear has been given by the Fire Brigade.
