There is a large and versatile floor space measuring 8.4m x 8.4m, kitchen (there is no working cooker/hob), outside garden and loos. There is no specific parking for the venue, but there is a large public carpark behind the venue which is free. There are about 70 chairs and six tables. Please note that the venue is unavailable to hire for parties for those aged between 14 and 21 years. The venue is from £16.00ph for private hire based in the parish. Non parish bookings will be charged from £18.00ph. Charities and community groups are eligible for discounted rates on provision of proof. When placing your booking you confirm you have read, understood and will abide by the terms and conditions of hire. You will need to send a copy of photo ID (passport or driving licence) to the Office. Parking can be found to the rear of the building on Briar Hill in a large public car park just past the Premier shop. Please do not park anywhere on Snowberry Close.
