There is a large and versatile floor space measuring 8.4m x 8.4m, kitchen (there is no working cooker/hob), outside garden and loos. There is no specific parking for the venue, but there is a large public carpark behind the venue which is free. There are about 70 chairs and six tables. Please note that the venue is unavailable to hire for parties for those aged between 14 and 21 years. The venue is £15ph for business use and for private hire, and £13 for charities and non-profits. When booking, if you are a charity or non-profit please enter 'NPC' into customer type (please contact us with proof), if you are not a charity or non-profit please leave the customer type blank and if you are using the venue for businesses purposes please enter 'BUS'. *Hire rates are set to increase in the new financial year. Please scroll down to read the terms and conditions of hire and associated documents. When placing your booking you confirm you have read, understood and will abide by the terms and conditions of hire. You will need to send a copy of photo ID (passport or driving licence) to the Office. Parking can be found to the rear of the building on Briar Hill in a large public car park just past the Premier shop. Please do not park anywhere on Snowberry Close.

The Stacey Bushes Meeting Place is suitable for baby groups, ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, music practice, meetings, parties, sports and fitness, societies and clubs and training and workshops.
