Large Hall Ground Floor – Capacity: 200 seated / 400 standing Size: 21.2m x 9.7m (Please note: Capacities may be reduced if staging, equipment, or furniture is in use. Contact the Clerks if you require a stage or large equipment.) Our largest and most flexible space, the Large Hall is ideal for hosting community celebrations, public meetings, exhibitions, and large-scale performances. With easy access from the main foyer and central corridor, this bright and spacious room offers a welcoming environment for both formal and social events. The Large Hall can be booked alone or in combination with Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2, providing optional breakout or support space for your event. Internal access is available if these rooms are booked together. To support your catering needs, the Community Kitchen can be booked separately. Please note this kitchen may be in shared use depending on other bookings at the same time. The Large Hall is suitable for baby groups, ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, music events, meetings, parties, weddings, sports and fitness, societies and clubs, theatre productions and training and workshops.
