The Community Hall
The Thaxted Community Hall is located at the Recreation Ground. Hire of this venue includes use of all facilities; full working kitchen, toilets, wifi. The venue has disabled access and there is parking on site, limited to approximately 20 cars (additional parking may be aquired seperately which holds a small charge, please enquire with your booking).
The The Community Hall is suitable for baby groups, ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, music practice, music events, meetings, parties, sports and fitness, societies and clubs, theatre productions and training and workshops.

The children like this park. Has a reasonable sized car park. Dog friendly. Some benches and picnic tables. Zip wire and some exercise equipment. Fenced-in area for smaller children.

Good variety of play equipment all in great condition. Several benches and picnic benches, plenty of bins and hard court area with basket ball nets.
