Steeple Claydon Village Hall (Chaloners Hall) is a well-loved Grade II listed venue available to hire by the hour for meetings, clubs, baby groups, fitness classes, workshops, performances, parties, weddings, celebrations and community events.

Before You Hire Please leave the hall clean, tidy and ready for the next user. As this is a listed building, staples, pins, Sellotape and double-sided tape must not be used. Blu Tack may be used. Cleaning equipment is available in the kitchen. Hirers must remove everything brought onto site. Additional cleaning may incur a £50 charge.

Access Access details and key safe codes will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please return the key fob after use and ensure all doors and gates are secured when leaving.

Hire Charges • Commercial hire: £25 per hour • Non-resident hire: £25 per hour • Steeple Claydon residents: £15 per hour • Regular repeat bookings (min. 6 sessions per year): £10 per hour Discounts may be available for charities and not-for-profit groups.

Additional Information Temporary Event Notices (TENs) may be required for alcohol sales or regulated entertainment. Bouncy castles are permitted with suitable insurance. Hirers are responsible for any damage caused.
