Stapeley Community Hall

Stapeley Community Hall is located in the heart of Stapeley on Pear Tree Field. The hall is ideal for children's parties, dance and drama classes, keep fit instruction and as a general meeting room. The room is approximately 35 ft x 33 ft (10.66 m x 10.05 m). Facilities include a small kitchen with kettle, cooker, fridge, and microwave. Limited crockery (a few coffee mugs only) – users are advised to bring their own. Hot water facility (for tea and coffee). The hall is large enough to take a small bouncy castle (9 ft high) or similar, but you must check sizes with your provider to ensure that it will fit into the hall. The hall is not staffed and access is made on a self-serve basis. (Access instructions are sent prior to booking period). Parking is available for up to 7 vehicles. The hall is available for full day bookings during the business hours of 8 am to 6pm. Bookings for parties in afternoons or evenings can only be made for a maximum of 4 hours. The latest a booking can continue to is 10pm. Please ensure that you book your session for the full amount of time that you require the hall for including any set up time needed. In your booking request please state how many people will be using the hall during the booking as well as what specific type of event you are organising. Maximum allowed in the hall at any one time, owing to fire restrictions is 50.

The Stapeley Community Hall is suitable for baby groups, ceremonies, music practice, meetings, parties, societies and clubs and training and workshops.
