Mepal Community Pavilion is located on the Recreation Ground and has a 8m x 4m Social Room, with full Kitchen facilities and two toilets. Please read terms and conditions for outdoor Bouncy Castle use. Indoor use of bouncy councils is not permitted. Use of the Recreation Field is included with any hire of the Pavilion, subject to the terms and conditions of hire. The Pavilion is accessed via the car park entrance on Witcham road, or if arriving by foot you can walk across the field from the Laurel Close pedestrian entrance. Please note that we have a current lease agreement with a football club for use of the pavilion and pitches during the football season on most Saturdays and Sundays during the season. Some Saturdays/Sundays may be released after match dates have been confirmed, but please contact us if you have a specific date or time on a particular Saturday or Sunday and we will discuss with the football club to see if it can be accommodated.

The Pavilion - Social Room & Kitchen is suitable for baby groups, ceremonies, music practice, meetings, parties, sports and fitness, societies and clubs and training and workshops.

Excellent recreation facility for the village, including a beautiful maintained field and a Playpark for children. One suggestion is upgrading or adding to the area, as there isn’t much to do.

Nice place to walk, has kids play area..Had drainage problems in the past but have recently been worked on so football teams hopefully will be able to play again.
