All meeting places can be booked on any day of the week except for public and bank holidays.

Tinkers Bridge Meeting Place is next to the shop within the local centre. With a large hall, a fully equipped, kitchen, free parking outside and an enclosed garden area, the centre offers flexible space suitable for a range of uses.

Hire Tips:

• Arrive on time

• Leave on time

• Leave the Hall, Kitchen, & Toilets as clean and tidy as you find them upon gaining access to the building

• Take your rubbish away with you

OUR FEES:

• A £100.00 refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

• Private hire (outside of Woughton Parish) and corporate hire - *£30.00 per hour

• Charities and community groups - *£20.00 per hour (Enter customer code CHARITY at checkout - Charity number must be provided)

• Residents of Woughton Parish VIP rate - *£15.00 per hour (Enter customer code RESIDENT at checkout - Proof of address must be provided)

*A copy of your Public Liability insurance must be submitted before your booking can be confirmed, however should you not have your own insurance you can purchase this at 10% of your hourly rate.

Short Notice Bookings:

We MUST have 7 clear working days’ notice for ALL bookings.

Our bookings officer will contact you to arrange the submission of all relevant checks prior to confirming your booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until checks are completed and invoice settled by the payment due date on your invoice.
