Butlocks Heath recreation ground

Child's football pitch with pavilion also known as Station Road Recreation Ground. Teams are responsible for marking out pitches. Teams are required to ensure the changing rooms are left in a clean and tidy condition. All lights and heaters MUST be turned off when you leave - failure to do this will result in your deposit being forfeited and no further games being played until you pay the deposit again. The cleaning deposits must be paid at the beginning of each season, or before a one-off booking. If the changing rooms are left untidy the cost of any contractor cleaning required in addition to the weekly cleaning effected by the Hound Parish Council cleaning staff, will be deducted from the cleaning deposit and teams will be unable to use the facilities until the difference has been paid. Teams are to provide fixtures a minimum of 1 month in advance. If teams require to train on the field, the parish office must be advised. Failure to advise the parish office of using the pitch for training or for a game outside of the agreed usage dates, may result in the withdrawal of agreement for the use of the pitch.
