Eye Town Hall - Council Chamber
The Council Chamber is a good venue for a meeting or a wedding. Access is via a spiral staircase so is limited to those who are able to climb stairs as we do not have a lift. The walls are decorated with impressive oil paintings of past Eye dignitaries and the room has a wonderful ambience. The Hall is available for hire during the following times:- Sunday to Thursday 08:00 - 23:00 Friday and Saturday 08:00 - 00:30 Minimum hire period is two hours.
The Eye Town Hall - Council Chamber is suitable for baby groups, ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, music practice, music events, meetings, parties, weddings, sports and fitness, societies and clubs, theatre productions and training and workshops.

What an awful building, what an abortion. An embarrassment that can't be hidden. Approaching the centre of Town from the Diss direction, the first sight of it slaps one in the face like a wet Haddock (other species of Fish0 available). Derided when built, the old Corn Hall should have been retained until a compus mentis Architect could be found and one less fond of Opiates. It 'still needs Dynamiting.
