Kingsdown Pavilion - Main Hall

This purpose-built pavilion has a main hall 12 metres by 8 metres – big enough for meetings of 80 people seated or 65 or more at tables. There is a welcoming reception area, a car park and the kitchen area has a service hatch to the hall. When booking ensure you include time to set-up before your event and clear up after. The hall must be left in a clean state for the next user as it is not cleaned between each hire. Booking time runs continuously from set-up to clear up, payment is due for the entire time booked. E.g, set up at 10am, event at 12 noon until 5pm, clear up until 6pm, time due for payment is 8 hrs. The hall looks out through French windows onto playing fields and is available for parties, exhibitions, health and fitness classes, sales events, meetings, lectures and social events. To make a booking please use this link or contact the Clerk. All bookings are secured immediately, the status changes to confirmed once reviewed by the Clerk.. Only the Clerk can remove the booking. Also in the building, but with separate access are changing facilities for four teams (e.g. footballers) and their officials. The kitchen can be hired with the hall an additional charge may be payable. Please request this at time of booking.

The Kingsdown Pavilion - Main Hall is suitable for baby groups, ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, music practice, music events, meetings, parties, sports and fitness, societies and clubs and training and workshops.
