Located at the heart of the popular Berinsfield Recreation Ground, the Meeting Room at Berinsfield Sports Pavilion offers a bright, welcoming, and practical space ideal for a wide range of gatherings. With convenient access from Lay Avenue and ample parking for over 20 cars, this venue is perfectly situated for local groups, organisations, and visitors. The room comfortably seats around 20 people (with additional standing space available) and is well-suited for workplace meetings, support groups, clubs, community groups, and small activity sessions such as yoga or pilates. It also works perfectly for music lessons, training sessions, workshops, craft groups, parent-and-child groups, study groups, and other activities that do not require a large hall. It is the regular meeting venue for the Parish Council, where 12 councillors and the Clerk sit comfortably around tables. Facilities include: Free Wi-Fi Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and sink Projector and large screen available (projector hire incurs an additional fee) Two accessible toilets located just off the hallway Digital lock access, with an entry code provided upon booking With views across the expansive green space of Berinsfield Recreation Ground, this meeting room offers a peaceful and versatile environment at competitive rates.
