We regret that the hall cannot be hired for 18th or 21st birthday parties and all parties are at the discretion of the Facilities Manager. Capacity 300 seated theatre style, 180-200 seated at tables for a dinner/dance/wedding and 100 for a fair. Fully equipped stage with lights and PA system Sprung wooden floor Serving hatch through to kitchen Whole building hire for a wedding is a flat charge of £1300. A 50% discount would be available to residents of Benson (resident event rate £650). Bouncy Castles ARE permitted Not suitable for ball games. No helium balloons or naked flames permitted.
